Spring Dress

I found a shirt that I really liked, but unfortunately it wasn't my color, however I decided that the pattern would make a nice dress, so I copied it and made this! (It doesn't look anything like the shirt and I have decided to stick to patterns that I don't have to make, but it will do for awhile)


I'm not super happy with the end result, but I think it will still make a nice lightweight summer dress.

Croissants

I felt rather accomplished when I made these, so I decided to post them!

I changed the flour that I used so they turned out a little differently, but they still tasted wonderful!

White Skirt

I made my own pattern for this, using a solid white and a white-on-white print!



There are eight panels, four of each and a little waist band.

Burgundy Velvet Shirt

I love wearing velvet; it's so dressy and makes me feel classy! However, I can't wear a velvet ball gown every day and I don't want to stain it so that I can't use it again, so I made this! :D




I'm not sure how old the lace is, but it is very soft which I think is a sign that it's older as I have trouble finding soft lace these days that is brand knew!



I used this pattern again and lengthened the sleeves as much as possible, but I only had a yard to work with, so they aren't as long as I would have liked.

Black and White Shirt

I don't make shirts all that often, but I saw this pattern and had to make it.

I made one with a collar, but it didn't look good, so my sister changed it to a round neck and did the button holes for me. I love wearing it and will probably make it again sometime!
